Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Chaithanya Foundation Trust (R.) & Home Nursing Service (R.). By registering for our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration Fee
A one-time registration fee must be paid at the time of registration.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances after successful registration.
3. Staff Leave Policy
Each nurse or attendant is entitled to two (2) days of leave per month.
If the client requires the staff member to work during these leave days, additional charges will apply for each extra day worked.
4. Advance Payment
One month’s service charge/salary must be paid in advance before the assigned nurse or attendant begins service.
5. Replacement of Staff
If a replacement nurse or attendant is required, the client agrees to wait until a suitable replacement is arranged by Chaithanya Foundation Trust.
6. Professional Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward all nurses, attendants, and staff.
Any form of abuse, harassment, or misconduct may result in immediate termination of services and appropriate legal action.
7. Service Deployment
After successful registration, the organization generally requires up to three (3) working days to recruit and assign a suitable caregiver.
8. Service Charges
Chaithanya Foundation Trust reserves the right to revise service charges at any time without prior notice.
9. Liability
Chaithanya Foundation Trust shall not be responsible for:
- Theft
- Damage to property
- Loss of valuables
- Any other personal or financial losses
Upon request, the company will provide the assigned staff member’s identity and address proof for verification purposes.
10. Monthly Salary Collection
An authorized Field Officer may visit the client’s premises once every month to collect the staff salary or service charges.
11. Staff Poaching
Clients shall not directly employ or recruit any nurse or attendant introduced by Chaithanya Foundation Trust.
Violation of this policy may result in:
- A penalty equal to three (3) months’ salary
- Legal proceedings for breach of agreement
12. Monthly Package
The monthly service package is fixed.
No refund or adjustment will be provided if services are discontinued due to the patient’s death or any other reason during the billing cycle.
13. Advance Payment After Patient’s Death
Any advance payment already made remains non-refundable even if the patient passes away before completion of the service period.
14. Financial Transactions with Staff
Clients must not lend money, vehicles, or valuable items directly to nurses or attendants without written approval from the company.
Chaithanya Foundation Trust shall not be responsible for any misuse or disputes arising from such transactions.
15. Staff Emergency Leave
If a nurse or attendant experiences a genuine personal or family medical emergency, the client agrees to allow the staff member to leave after valid supporting documentation has been provided.
The company will arrange a replacement caregiver as soon as reasonably possible.
16. Delay in Replacement
If the company is unable to provide a replacement caregiver within the agreed time, service charges for the affected period will be refunded to the client on or before the 10th day of the following month, where applicable.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the registration form or using our services, you confirm that:
- You have carefully read these Terms & Conditions.
- You understand and accept all policies mentioned above.
- You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
